Life unfolds in unexpected ways, and I’ve discovered that true success lies in embracing change with optimism, resilience, and unwavering determination.

 

My journey in real estate started early. Growing up in Seattle, I had dreams of becoming an interior designer. While pursuing my studies, I worked at an architecture firm but soon discovered that my true passion lay elsewhere. Real estate captured my interest, and at just 20 years old, I earned my license to help pay for college.

 

It didn’t take long to realize I had found my calling. I loved the dynamic nature of real estate—the flexibility, the challenge of matching people with the perfect property, and the joy of making a difference in their lives. However, the early years weren’t without obstacles. I had to learn the ropes on my own, as seasoned professionals weren’t always eager to share their knowledge. My youthful appearance sometimes led clients to question my experience, but I was determined to prove myself. I worked tirelessly, always staying focused on my goals and the opportunities ahead.

 

In my 20’s and early 30’s, I married and welcomed my greatest blessings—my three children, Rykley, Dax, and Eve. Balancing a thriving career with motherhood was challenging, but it pushed me to grow in ways I never imagined. I embraced every challenge with enthusiasm and knew that my hard work would eventually pay off.

 

Real estate investment became my next adventure. My husband and I built and remodeled several homes, gaining hands-on experience that deepened my market insights. I learned the intricacies of timing, design, and financial strategy—skills that continue to benefit my clients today.

 

Then came the 2008 financial crisis, a defining moment in my career. Like many, I faced financial hardships, but my resilience and commitment to my clients never wavered. I focused on sharpening my skills, embracing change, and finding innovative ways to serve my clients, emerging stronger and more knowledgeable.

 

Growth has always been a driving force in my life. I thrive in the company of those who share a forward-thinking mindset. Recognizing the importance of surrounding myself with positive influences, I made a pivotal decision to step away from negativity and create a life filled with optimism and purpose.

 

Today, I’m more energized and passionate about my career than ever before. I am grateful for an incredible support system—my mom, my children, and my amazing friends—all of whom inspire me daily. Whether it’s hiking, skiing, boating, or practicing yoga, I find joy in staying active and embracing life to the fullest.

 

Through it all, I’ve learned that adaptability and a positive mindset are key to success. Challenges are simply opportunities in disguise, and I believe in always moving forward with confidence and grace.
